Svensson (BW 2001), u.a. plate 1: "Note the long bill with all-pale lower mandible, the hint of a pale secondary panel and the whitish tips to the folded secondaries. The primary emarginations fall level with the tips of the secondaries." Beachte weiterhin die Schnabelstruktur, mit gebogener Spitze (vs. gerade beim Steppenspötter). Ein opaca ist aus div.
